Gated Vendor Reservation begins on Saturday, August 3rd and are as follows:Residents of the Farm and Former Vendors: August 3-10
New Vendors: August 11 - November 1.
This is a Community Fundraiser event to help raise funds to help cover the cost of our community repairs. It is an outdoor event held at our Pool Cabana (20 Largess Lane, Piedmont, SC 29673).
There are 30 parking spaces available each space is ~9ft x 17 ft.
Our Breakfast food vendor will be Piedmont's very own The Coffee Mill!
Our Lunch Food Vendor is Savory Traditions Catering.
Holiday Fair Vendor Fees:
* A spot in the paved parking lot is $30, all vendor equipment and merchandise MUST fit within the parking space lines (If your tent has angled legs or if you use water barrels/large weights to weigh your tent down then you will need to purchase 2 spots).
**Vendor Fees are due within 2 weeks of requesting a vendor spot, any vendor who does not pay within the time limit with forfeit their vendor spot**
SWAG BAGS!
We will have 50 swag bags to fill for this event. Swag bags are a great way to advertise your business either by placing a business card, restaurant menu, coupon/frequent buyer card, and/or sample of your product in the bag which will be distributed to shoppers at our fair. Residents in our subdivision are always looking for catering recommendations, realtors, photographers, custom embroidery/vinyl, pet services, lawn/landscaping contractors, and general handyman services. I had multiple contributors to our previous swag bags tell me they got new clients after their business cards were distributed at our event 🙂
FREE for Vendors who set up at the event!
$10 for 50 Bags (For those who are NOT setting up at the event but still want to advertise their services)
**PLEASE NOTE: You will need to provide your own chairs, tents, weights, and tables. This event will be held rain or shine (Vender fees are nonrefundable, a rain date of Sunday November 17 has been set if we have hazardous weather conditions on November 16.)**
Only one vendor per direct sales company will be allowed and we reserve the right to limit the number of vendors selling similar items (ex: jewelry, bath and body products, etc) at our event to allow for a diverse shopping experience.
To apply to be a vendor please send us a message via Facebook Messenger with the following information:
1. Your name and E-mail (+ home address if you are a resident of The Farm at Sandy Springs subdivision)
2. Your business name and website (if you have one)
3. A brief description of the product you will be selling and images of your products
4. How many vendor spaces you need
I will reply to requests in the order that they are received, ALL information must be in your message for me to respond to you.
And finally, please be patient, as I expect to have a large interest in this event and I am the only person going through the messages and sending out the vendor applications.
The Farm's Craft and Vendor event is organized by The Farm at Sandy Springs's Social Committee.
