He was shot multiple times in the back while carrying food in one hand and keys in the other, which he was bringing back for his family. A retrial has been scheduled for December, and the family needs all hands on deck as they fight for accountability.
Donovan Lewis was a vibrant 20-year-old whose life was tragically cut short by Columbus Police due to a botched warrant. He was unarmed lying in his bed when Officer Ricky Anderson shot him. His family is seeking accountability. As this marks the third year since his unjustified murder.
