Join us on Friday October 3rd 2025 at 6:30 PM (EDT) for a special screening of an extraordinary classic of silent horror. Jean Epstein and Luis Buñuel worked together on this experimental interpretation of Poe's tale. Plot-wise this is more of an adaptation of Poe's The Oval Portrait. Making striking use of slow motion and camera motion, this is a film unlike its contemporaries.
