The Fall Foliage Express: A fundraiser for Youth on the Allagash
Join the Allagash Wilderness Waterway Foundation (AWWF) for a special 90-minute Fall Foliage Express train ride on Sunday, September 28, departing from Millinocket at 8:30 AM. This unique excursion offers stunning views of Maine’s pristine autumn landscapes, including spectacular glimpses of Mount Katahdin and Baxter State Park from a perspective not accessible by car or foot.
This charity ride is made possible through a generous partnership with Maine Northern Railway and Irving Woodlands, LLC, and all proceeds will directly benefit AWWF's Youth on the Allagash (YOTA) program. YOTA introduces students from surrounding communities to the Allagash Wilderness Waterway through immersive paddling and camping trips. By purchasing a ticket, you are directly helping us raise the next generation of stewards for this incredible natural resource.

I grant Maine Northern Railway permission for the free use of my name and image in broadcast, telecast or other media accounts of the event and for promotional purposes.
