3-day gathering of professionals who come together to exchange their ideas, expertise and passion for experiential education through the magic of Open Space Technology.
Open Space is a proven, effective meeting technology that provides a structure in which participants totally influence the direction, content and outcomes of the conference.
Since 1993, thousands of UnConference participants have experienced the generosity of Open Space. The process ignites the formation of a dynamic learning community .

Glossary:
First Time: Applicable to first time participants. Fee includes all three days of the UnConference: Thursday thru Saturday.
Alumni: Applicable to individuals who have previously attended the UnConference or a Leahy workshop in the past. Alumni rates also apply to employees of an organization that have sent participants to the UnConference in previous years. Fee includes all three days of the UnConference: Thursday thru Saturday.
Student: Applicable to any individual under the age of 18 or with a valid college ID and enrolled in 12 or more credit hours during the semester of the conference. Fee includes all three days of the UnConference: Thursday thru Saturday.
Vendor: Includes one UnConference registration and a table to display and sell your products and services during the UnConference. Vendors may not sell their products and services in another presenter's workshop. Overnight storage provided if requested though we cannot guarantee security. Fee includes all three days of the UnConference: Thursday thru Saturday.
Peddler: Includes one UnConference registration and a "peddler's license" to travel about selling your products and services. The peddler's license does NOT include a table / display. Peddlers may not sell their products in another presenter's workshop. Overnight storage provided if requested, though we cannot guarantee security. Fee includes all three days of the UnConference: Thursday thru Saturday.
Daily: Applicable to any individual who attends any single day(s) of the UnConference.

Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds: To qualify for a refund, you must contact us in writing before the UnConference.
Registration fees less a $50 processing fee is refundable up to 30 days before the start of the UnConference (January 27, 2025). Refunds after those dates are issued less a $100 processing fee.
No Show: No refund
Cancellation: If Pre Conference Workshop or UnConference are cancelled by Leahy & Associates, participants will receive a 100% refund.

Transportation and Lodging:
Air: Denver International Airport is approximately 1 hour (to / from) hotels and conference site.
Ground Transportation: Several (off-site) car rental agencies at Denver International Airport or Eight Black Airport Shuttle or *RTD Denver (AB1 bus to/from Boulder) are good choices.
*A bus transfer or other mode of transport from Boulder bus station to Longmont will be required.
Lodging / Conference Site: We will be gathering in multiple meeting spaces within 3 adjacent Marriott hotels (on Dry Creek Dr.) in Longmont, Colorado.
We have negotiated discounted rates of $84-99 per night with the Marriott Courtyard, SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn (until February 6, 2025).
