💫WHAT TO EXPECT:
Morgan will guide you through a gentle, restorative yoga class. Experience the perfect blend of gentle movement and deep relaxation. We will begin with slow, flowing postures to awaken your body and release tension, then ease into supportive restorative poses for deep rest and renewal. Props will be provided but feel free to bring your own favorite props.
As we emerge from Savasana you will be guided into a guided breathwork journey where we will use intentional breathing to relax the nervous system, release tension, and activate the body.
Then, sing a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments including crystal singing bowls, hand drum, shruti box, voice, chimes, harp, singing and more, Morgan will create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling relaxed, restored, and reset. As the Sound Healing Ceremony comes to a close, we will awaken to the sun set, turning the ocean horizon hues of pink and purple.
Please arrive no later than 6:00pm ; Ceremony will begin at 6:05pm.
PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME TO PARK AND GET CHECKED IN.

6:05pm: Doors Close + Ceremony Begins
6:05pm-7:00pm: Restorative Yoga + Breathwork
7:00pm-8:00pm: Sound Bath Ceremony
