The Ethics of AI in Litigation (dinner meeting)

Recent public technological advances have and will continue to
intersect the legal industry and affect litigation. This CLE will
address the application of AI as a tool that can help facilitate
efficiencies by automating tasks, analyzing patterns, and making
comparisons as part of trial prep.
This presentation is designed to cover attorneys’ responsibilities
under the ABA Rules of Professional Conduct, as well as address the benefits and ethical considerations of various technologies and best practices. The goal is to educate the legal industry on AI and the benefits and challenges it encompasses, along with bringing awareness to the proper and ethical use of AI in the legal industry.
