A purple pick-me-up? Look no further than lavender! Lavender is much more than just a beautifully fragrant plant. In this two-hour workshoppe, former lavender farm owner + Rose Farm educator Erin Dougherty, will share information on varieties of lavender + their uses, the benefits + applications of lavender (including both garden + homeopathic), and how to plant + care for lavender. Guests will enjoy a Rose Farm garden tour, where they will cut + bundle fresh lavender stems. A Rose Farm signature sachet keepsake will also be used to harvest dried lavender buds. The Fresh lavender stems + dried lavender, along with a 4-inch lavender plant in a ceramic pot, will go home with every guest. Guests will also walk away with a new knowledge, love, and appreciation for lavender.
