Preliminary Schedule:
Saturday 26th October 2024:
- 9am: Doors open
- 9am: SYS11 World Champs qualifying starts. This runs all day Saturday and Sunday.
- 9:30am: SHPC QUALIFYING.
7 rounds of Pinburgh style Matchplay. Top 32 make finals.
- 6:30pm: SHPC FINALS - PLAYERS 24 TO 32 WILL START FINALS MATCHES
The Top 24 will complete finals 9am Sunday (to meet Certified requirements)
- 6pm to 11pm: BEST GAME QUALIFYING CONTINUES - set your score on 20 SYS11 pinballs - unlimited attempts to better your score. Top 32 make finals Monday 9am.
- 6:30pm: New Zealand Woman’s Championship: 4 Strike Knockout
- An Auckland Superstar DJ spins the hits in the Disco Driveway after dark!
- 100 pinballs on free play till 11pm
Sunday 22nd October 2023:
- 9am: Doors Open
- 9am to 10pm: SYS11 World Champs qualifying continues until 10pm
- 9am: Swap Meet - ticket holders can bring items for sale. Items must be labeled with price and sellers name, and can be left near the main desk.
- 9:15am: SHPC Top 24 Finals - 3-2-1-0 Matchplay finals format
- 10am: NZ Junior Championship (under 18)
- 1pm (approx): SHPC Target Matchplay
3-2-1-0 Scoring. 36 is the target - as soon as one player hits 36, the qualifying finishes at the end of that round, and the top 24 finalists are set. Matchplay software will decide any tiebreakers.
Target Matchplay Top 24 Finals will commence 30 minutes after the field is set, to allow a dinner break.

Monday 23rd October 2023:
- 9am: Doors open
- 9:30am - top 36 System 11 World Championships finals commence.
- 1-2pm: SHPC 4 Strike Classics Knockout
- 7pm - event closes

Things to know:
1/ Trophies in all tournaments
2/ Ample free parking on site
3/ Bring a camper if you want - must be self contained
4/ All tournaments are run in accordance with IFPA rules
5/ IFPA NZ Code of Conduct rules apply to all NZ Pinball events
6/ This is a family event. Drinking allowed, but drunkeness is not. No drugs of any kind permitted.
7/ No Wifi on site. No room in my fridge for your beers. Make the appropriate arrangements. 🙂
8/ No food on site this year. Please bring your own food/snacks/drinks ... we will have lunch and dinner breaks this year so you can go into Pukekohe for food if required.
Refund Policy
- In the unlikely event the event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued to ticket purchasers
- In the unlikely event the event is postponed, tickets will be carried forward to the new date, and refunds will be available upon request
- If something comes up for you and you need to cancel, a refund is available (less Eventbrite fees) up to 19 October 2023
- 20-24 October 2023, 50% refund available
- 25-28th October, no show, no refund :)
