You will receive an Enneagram discernment quiz, and Rosemary will assist you in understanding your core type. You will learn about your dominant wing style, and how it influences your core personality.
You’ll learn how to name and observe and manage your emotional passion and how to
recognize your blind spot and work it through.
Know your own emotional Wellness Map on the Enneagram, or which corresponding type you receive from when you are centered and which type you receive from/attract within when you are disconnected.
Ennea wisdom says when you have centered, like a grace coming in, you receive from the higher vibration of one of your corresponding types, and practicing this, is a bit like your heaven on earth. And, conversely in daily stress, or disconnection, you see the absence of well-being when you go away from your authentic self, and you attract the lower vibration of your other
corresponding type. This is the reactionary place of going on automatic- it might be our habitual place but it is not our deep down “happy” place.
You’ll learn about your Preferred Instinctual Center; are you in your head center most often or your heart? or your gut? You’ll see how to attend to the undernourished centers more often and be more aligned, more balanced in your truth, when you are problem solving.
Finally, Rosemary will review Ways To Practice Balance and how to protect your spiritual connection, for each of the 9 patterns on the Enneagram. There will be a break and time for Questions during the last 30 minutes.
