The English Series: Session 4 - Barriers to Learning
During the fourth session of the English Series delegates will learn more about the barriers to learning and how they can prevent children from reaching their potential.
Delegates will understand and explore the common barriers and then learn how to identify and diagnose those that affect the children they work with. Time will then be spent understanding how a range of support strategies can give children every opportunity to reach their potential.
This session is suitable for all teaching assistants whether you are at the start of your career or have many years of experience. All delegates will spend the morning thinking about the children they work with and will take away something new.
