The engineering challenges of reaching Net Zero Carbon

Peter Flinn, a past President of the Institution of Mechanical Enginners, will look at the challenge of decarbonising the energy system we have become so dependent upon. He will consider it from an engineering standpoint: the problem to be solved, the potential solutions and the issues still to be resolved. The over-riding aim is to reverse climate change and to balance human activity with the environment in which we live.
