Founder of TPL Experiences, she has global experience of working with over 150 organisations across 25 countries, she is a Trustee, NED, Grant panellist and advisor to boards of national and international organisations. Minoti specialises in turning complex, sensitive information into clear decisions and practical action—always with safeguarding and inclusion at the core, expect a focused, supportive session with tools that drive results.
