NEDUALITA
Stretnutia sú založené na nedualite. Nedualita je perspektíva, ktorá poukazuje na realitu pred slovami – prítomnosť pre všetky javy, ktoré sa vyjadrujú. Je to pohľad, ktorý nerozdeľuje svet na nezávislých nás na základe ega, ukazuje, že sme viac ako len naše telá, čo je prejav vedomia. Nedualita nie je náboženstvo, veda alebo filozofia. Je to realita, ktorú možno objaviť prostredníctvom vhľadu. Učitelia neduality na to poukazujú, ale hľadajúci si pravdu musí uvedomiť sám.

O NITYA
Nitya (Patrycja Pruchnik) sa prebudila v roku 2011. Jej hlavným učiteľom bol Mooji. Dal jej meno Nitya, čo znamená Večná esencia.
Viedla viac ako 70 týždňových meditačných cvičení a niekoľko stoviek stretnutí, prednášok a rozhovorov o prebudení a slobode. Je autorkou kníh o osvietení a meditácii, ktoré boli preložené do cudzích jazykov. Stretáva sa s ľuďmi, ktorí hľadajú odpovede na najdôležitejšie otázky, sú pripravení objaviť pravdu o sebe a sú otvorení skúmaniu podstaty reality.
AKO VYPADAJÚ STRETNUTIA?
Cez víkend zažijete meditáciu a satsang (zo sanskrtu: „spoločenstvo s pravdou“). Spoločne sa ponoríme do seba, keď nás Nitya vedie, aby sme zažili neduálny svet prostredníctvom vhľadu. Bude tiež čas na otázky, ktoré vám umožnia prehĺbiť svoje porozumenie, objasniť pochybnosti alebo získať podporu pre vaše osobné obavy.

A meeting with Nitya is an opportunity to realize that we are not our thoughts; to understand that we don’t need to fight reality; to see that there is a space within us that is free from everything.
Experiencing this allows us to find true peace, stop taking life so seriously and to free ourselves from mental suffering. When we understand our Natural State, we begin to live a life free from judgment and analysis; we will surrender to reality as it is; we will release our natural potential and discover peace and freedom within us.
For over 10 years, Nitya has been pointing to happiness and peace that are always available, independent of circumstances, and at the same time common to all people. During the meeting, leading us to direct experience, she shows how to discover freedom, lightness and joy within ourselves and end the mental suffering that affects so many people. Each of us has this potential within us, all we need to do is redirect our mindfulness in the right direction.
NONDUALITY
The meetings are based on nonduality. Nonduality is a perspective that points to reality before words — a presence for all phenomena that express themselves. It is a view that does not divide the world into independent us based on ego, it shows that we are more than just our bodies, which is a manifestation of consciousness. Nonduality is not a religion, science, or philosophy. It is a reality that can be discovered through insight. Teachers of nonduality point to it, but the seeker must recognize the truth for themselves.
We invite you to look in this direction, where through full presence you experience relief and peace regardless of the external world.

Nonduality is the end of searching and the end of all stories. This perspective is universal and can be the answer to all your questions, because it points to a place in you that is always calm and free. ABOUT NITYA
Nitya (Patrycja Pruchnik) awakened in 2011. Her main teacher was Mooji. He gave her the name Nitya, meaning Eternal Essence.
She has led over 70 week-long meditation retreats and several hundred meetings, lectures and talks on awakening and freedom. She is the author of books on enlightenment and meditation, which have been translated into foreign languages. She meets with people who are looking for answers to the most important questions, ready to discover the truth about themselves and open to exploring the nature of reality.
WHAT DO THE MEETINGS LOOK LIKE?
Over the weekend, you will experience meditation and Satsang (from Sanskrit: "communion with truth"). Together, we will immerse ourselves as Nitya guides us to experience the non-dual world through insight. There will also be time for questions, allowing you to deepen your understanding, clear up doubts, or receive support for your personal concerns.
