ABOUT THE EVENT & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Please ensure you read all the information about this event before proceeding with your booking.
We anticipate a sell out event so please book early to avoid disappointment.
A Friendly reminder that each person attending must have their own individual ticket.
Yes - all ticket-holding children must be accompanied and supervised by a ticket-holding adult as high tea is served during the character dinning experience. A friend may supervise your children if you elect so, but there must be at least one adult supervising your group. Babies under the age of 11 months old may attend for free with their grown-ups. To clarify. 1 ticket = 1 person.
There are 2 session times to choose from.
Our morning tea is 10 am - 12 pm
Our afternoon tea is 2 pm - 4 pm.
What happens during the ball?
Over the 2 hours, there will be opportunities to win prizes, get your face painted or glitterfied at our beauty table, take photos with princesses and get their autograph (so you may wish to bring a book and pen with you)!
This magical event is being held in a function room at Campbelltown Catholic Club and is wheelchair accessible. Due to space limitations, we ask for prams to be left behind where possible. There is parking on site as well as bus and train stops nearby.
The children’s style high tea will be made by the venue’s culinary team including items such as dainty finger sandwiches, sausage rolls, fairy bread, and other sweet treats. Water will be provided on each table, and drinks will be available to purchase at your own discretion.
Dietary requirements will be met on an individual basis however details must be noted at the time of booking.
There will be at least 8 beloved characters in attendance at both the morning and afternoon session times to entertain and delight the children.
DRESS CODE:
We encourage children to dress up as their favourite prince, princess or character - however, this is completely optional. We ask that adults who wish to be in spirit stick to accessories only as full costumes may conflict with our service and is a safety communication consideration. Per the venue's policy you will need to sign in to the club and follow their dress code. There will be plenty of photo opportunities for you as well, so absolutely doll yourself up if you wish, just avoid full costumes for grown ups.
MORE MAGIC:
Tickets to this event make a great gift and friendship outing, however it may not be a suitable party replacement as individual birthday shoutouts and special treatment will not be given. Please do not bring balloons, cakes or gifts as it may impact other guests experiences and they must be approved by the venue. The club does not allow external food on site. At this Royal Ball every child will also receive a special gift from the princesses to take home.
We will have a selection of tiaras, flower crowns and goodies available for optional purchase on the day and encourage you to bring cash if you can.
STRICT BOOKING POLICY:
Please be kind and respectful to our team. We are a small family business trying to spread some cheer in our community.
Characters attending are a surprise and may not be the specific ones pictured. (But it's a pretty good reference). There will be a minimum of 8 characters.
Due to logistics of hosting such events, refunds or store credit will not be issued under any circumstance if you can not attend on the day. By purchasing tickets, you understand and agree to these firm terms. Just like a concert, if you are unwell or no longer able to attend the event you are more than welcome pass your tickets on to someone else, just ensure they have a copy of the ticket at the door.
Alternatively contact us and we can donate them to a charity to pass towards someone in need. We plan to donate a few, and if you wish to donate a ticket simply make the purchase and send us an email expressing your kind wishes.

PHOTOS- SHARE THE LOVE & WIN!
We will be hosting a photo competition, simpy tag us in photos you take on the day on Facebook or Instagram letting people know where you were, for your chance to win a $50 Enchanted Trove voucher to use towards a party, shop, holiday workshop or photo experience! @theenchantedtrove
You understand that this event will be photographed and give permission for photos to be shared on our social media or website. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed by our team you can let us know at the door and we will provide a wrist band for them to wear. Please just be mindful there will be group photo at the end.
All staff have valid WWCC.
