How much of your life is actually being lived by the real you?
About this Event

Don’t be too hard on yourself. We have a lot to grapple with! From generational pain to social conditioning, personal trauma to innocent misinterpretations blown out of proportion, an awful lot goes into the formation of our limiting beliefs and the fears that arise to protect us.

The problem is that humans are biologically wired for negativity bias. According to research, up to 80% of the average person’s thoughts are negative or fear-based. It’s an outdated survival mechanism from a time when threats lurked around every corner. We’re no longer running from wild animals, but our brains still act like we are.

Too often, our incredible mental horsepower gets turned against ourselves: holding us back from speaking our minds, loving fully, living our dreams, or even just having fun!

But here’s the good news: Neuroplasticity is on our side!

Together, we’ll explore the fears and beliefs holding you back, meet them with compassion and curiosity, extract the wisdom they carry, and release the illusions they’ve built.

At the end of the night, you’ll leave with tools to soften and reframe your fears so they can still protect you without stifling who you truly are.

I look forward to meeting your Empowered Self.
