- Ancestral Healing Through Kimchi Making: Led by our featured facilitator, Hollee, we’ll connect with our Korean roots through the tradition of kimchi-making, using food as a way to explore identity and honor our ancestors.
- Somatic Breathwork: Release tension and stored emotions on a cellular level through guided breathwork sessions designed to reconnect you with your body and restore balance.
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): Learn and practice tapping, a powerful technique that helps reprogram the nervous system and release limiting beliefs or past experiences.
- Play, Connection, and Reflection: Enjoy time for fun, exploration, and deep connection with others who share a similar journey, all within a safe and supportive environment.
