Rather than focusing on fixing or forcing change, this retreat is designed to support presence, regulation and self-trust…creating space for insight and alignment to emerge naturally.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through experiences that invite you out of the mind and into the body, offering time to pause, reflect and reconnect with your innate internal rhythms.
There is space for both quiet and connection, individual awareness and shared experience, structure and flow.
This is not a performance-based retreat.
It is an intentional, grounded environment that honors choice, pacing, self-trust and authority with embodiment as a pathway to clarity, aligned decision-making and internal freedom.

Lodging:
A limited number of discounted rooms are available at $179/night for the night before or the night of the retreat.
Lodging is optional and booked directly through Tailwater Lodge.
Spa Services:
Spa services are available the day before or the day after the retreat and must be booked separately through Tailwater Lodge.
Post-Retreat Integration:
Your registration includes two virtual alignment calls following the retreat, along with access to a private online community to support continued integration and connection beyond the in-person experience.
