The Embodied Reset is a deeply nourishing workshop designed to rebalance the nervous system, fascia, and energy body - supporting the body to release tension, restore flow, and return to a state of ease and coherence.Blending breathwork, somatic movement, fascial maneuvers, yoga, energy medicine, and guided meditation, this practice works from the inside out. Rather than focusing on external shapes or effort, you are invited to move slowly and intelligently, allowing the breath and internal sensations to lead.
Through this whole-system approach, held patterns of stress begin to soften, the nervous system down-regulates, and the body is given space to reorganise itself naturally. The experience is both grounding and expansive, offering physical release alongside emotional clarity and energetic rebalancing.
