Nicole will first facilitate breathwork, followed by somatic therapy including life force energy transmission Spinal Energetics and reiki.

Our bodies store past emotions and trauma, which can activate our nervous systems causing, anxiety, illness, and stress. Through utilizing somatic therapy Nicole will support the release of these stuck energies and the balancing of your chakra system. She will take you on a journey within to first access and release the energies that no longer serve and then support your connection to the states of peace, flow, and joy.
Somatic Therapy: while laying down on a yoga mat, music is played and Nicole will point/lightly touch energy centers or meridian points on the body. Similar to reiki but much stronger - the energy is very intelligent and knows where to go. This transmission can help with insomnia, body aches and pains, migraines, anxiety, and high stress levels, it can help increase intuitive and overall mental emotional, and physical health. Your only job is to surrender and receive.
Breathwork is an experience based in wholeness. It is a powerful healing modality utilizing the breath to heal old patterns, dislodge stuck energy, and balance the chakras. Practicing in a group setting has a powerful collective healing energy that facilitates deep release. By breathing deeply you oxygenate the areas of your body that need extra attention, releasing any blockages, or stuckness, in order to release the energy to flow freely. The health benefits are truly transformational.

Nicole Thaw holds dual Master degrees, MBA/M.ED Certified Teacher with a specialization in children with disabilities and over a 1000 certified hours, 300 + hours Breathwork trained Facilitator, Certified Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Theta healer, Spinal Energetics facilitator trained by Dr Sarah Jane and life force activation rained Facilitator.
