Sleepy Eye Medical Center is hosting The Edge: Prediabetes Workshop from 1-4 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7 in the Lower Level of Sleepy Eye Medical Center (SEMC). This empowering one-day class, led by Ashley Borth, BSN, RN, PHN, Diabetes Education Nurse at SEMC, will give participants the tools to delay or prevent type 2 diabetes and learn simple, sustainable strategies for healthier living. *If interested, please register by Monday, October 6!

-Understanding prediabetes, diabetes, and risk factors
-Healthy meal planning made simple
-Easy ways to incorporate physical activity into daily life
-How to monitor blood sugar
-Practical strategies for making small changes with a big impact
