Immerse yourself in the power of cacao, move freely in ecstatic dance, and unwind with a relaxing yoga nidra accompanied by live instruments. No prior dancing or yoga experience is needed.

Schedule:

From 6 pm: Arrive to register. Make sure to arrive as early as possible for an opportunity to build connections. If you have purchased a Hero Supporter ticket, please arrive at 6pm to allow enough time to get Cleansing.

6.45 pm: Latest arrival

7 pm: Opening Circle and Cacao

7:30 pm: Ecstatic Dance

8:45 pm: Relaxation

9:30 pm: Closing Circle

Optional: You're welcome to stay until 10 pm for a cup of tea and to connect with us and the rest of the group.

What to wear

Wear comfortable clothes so you can dance and lie down comfortably. Bring layers to keep warm during the relaxation.

What to Bring:

• Water bottle (tap water is available)
• Yoga mat or blanket for the relaxation practice
• Blanket to keep warm during the relaxation

What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice where participants dance without any structured steps or choreography, often with the aim of achieving a state of mental and physical liberation. The atmosphere is non-judgmental and supportive, encouraging dancers to move in any way they feel called, creating a safe space for personal expression and emotional release.

What is Ceremonial Cacao?

Ceremonial Cacao is a form of cacao prepared specifically for use in rituals and ceremonies, often to facilitate heart-opening experiences and spiritual connections. Unlike commercially processed chocolate, ceremonial cacao is made from high-quality, raw cacao beans, minimally processed to retain its natural compounds and energetic properties.
