About this Event
Come together with our beloved mother earth and your human and more than human kin for an evening of intentional re-membering of our true nature, which is nature. Engage in the practice of shinrin yoku with FTS certified forest therapist and LCSW of 20+ years Sarah Schroeder-Lebec and center into your deep belonging to the earth and your fellow beings. Forest bathing is so much more than a walk in the woods! It is a practice of mindfulness, intentional presence, and reverance for our beloved earth. Forest bathing has numerous mental and physical health benefits and helps our nervous systems regulate. In challenging times like these, community is immunity, and we are always in beloved community with the earth and one another. Come center back into this community.
