The Dunk In The Trunk Charity Event is an event created by Vic City Apparel, their sponsors, and Victoria CoolAid Society to come together as a community and gather unwanted clothes for people struggling with poverty and homelessness. Not only will you be able to check an item off your spring cleaning list by clearing your closet of unwanted clothing, it actually goes towards people who need them again.
The event will be hosted at Rutledge Park (913 Inverness Road, Victoria, BC) from 10AM to 3PM, on February 28th.
What to bring: at least 1 bag of clothing!
Your bag of clothing will act as a ticket to enter you into a draw to win prizes from the likes of Bin 4 Burger Lounge, The Block Restaurant, Vic City Apparel swag, and more! Coffee, Water, and other treats will be served. The more bags, the more tickets for you to win!
Only catch is, you'll have to toss your bag from a line to get it into "The Trunk"- we're confident that your aim will be better than ours.
