The Duelist, October 12th 2:00pm. An exhibition of swordplay, using various weapons and styles of fighting, as two duelists engage in an affair of honor -- a duel to the end! Both armed and unarmed combat are used in this program, which consists of both the exhibition of the fighting itselfand explanations and demonstrations of just how performers are trained to engage in stage combat -- the art of simulated violence. This show is designed for middle-school aged and up audiences.
