Using PW creativity in everyday life.
Join us for this 4 hour seminar/laboratory.
We will introduce/explore Process Work methods we can use in our inner and outer lives.
The Process Work methods we use are based on a lot of movement and creativity. For us movement suggest flowing with gravity. So one question becomes: how do we flow in our interactions with the world ?
Arny and Amy Mindell define Process Work as a multicultural, multi level awareness practice for individuals relationships and organizations in all states of consciousness.
About Nóra& Craig:
They met as dancers 34 years ago. In 1996 they began studying intensively with Arny and Amy Mindell, the founders of ProcessWork. They both hold a second training certificate from Amy & Arnold Mindell. They also during this time raised a family. Nora has taught and performed various movement and dance styles as well as Process Work on 3 continents during the last 35 years with a deep interest in authenticity. She is also a Process Work Diplomat. Craig has actively been involved for decades in observing nature closely and engaged in regenerative agriculture. C&N have often created process work based dance performance projects. They use Process Work with individuals and in group settings.
