A 6 week evening Drawing Course for adults in Kingswood, Bristol.All artwork starts with marks on the page, as we utilise drawing to create a scaffold to structure and build upon. On this course, we will look at how those marks lead to a final completed piece.
We will look at how to elevate your drawing skills through a range of different subjects, styles and drawing mediums. We will draw inspiration from different artists throughout history and artistic styles, ranging from realism to more illustrative techniques.
Subjects include:
· Natural forms,
· Reflective surfaces,
· Architecture,
· Animal portraits,
· Figure Drawing
· Portraiture.
Across the six weeks, you will learn how to use a variety of media, including:
· Charcoals,
· Sketching pencils,
· Pen & wash,
· Soft pastel pencils,
· Coloured pencils,
· Soft chalk pastels.
The classes will take place on Thursday evenings, 6:30pm – 8:30pm.

The studio has wheelchair access, tea and coffee making facilities and free parking in the car park outside.
Shared materials are included within the Tuition Fee, but if you wish to have your own kit to use and take home, then you can sign up with the Artist Kit.
