Welcome to the Dopamine Sunday Service!
Come join us at the Rose Walker Community Centre for a morning filled with positivity and good vibes. We will have 2 yoga classes to choose from, a beginners yoga class and a vinyasa flow yoga class. These classes have been kept small so its an intimate setting. Both classes will finish with a beautiful relaxing meditation, then we will all come together for a brew and a catch up.Leaving you ready to face the rest of the day.
