We are incredibly excited to announce the Diversify Nordic Summit (DNS)- the first-ever conference on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging that brings together stakeholders from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.Engage in this full-day event that addresses current challenges in the Nordics, and gain insight into practical, impactful and measurable solutions.
The program will include:
- keynote speeches from DEIB thought leaders from across the Nordics
- panel discussions which will showcase a multidisciplinary perspectives and a diversity of experiences
- workshops to provide you with practical skills to enact change
- networking to allow you to expand the scope and reach of authentic DEIB work.
In total, there will be more than 65 speakers from the Nordics and other countries such as USA, UK and Australia, with representatives from companies such as KPMG, ODA, Schibsted, The Economist Group, Volvo and many more.
The DNS is a meeting place for practitioners in the Nordics to share their work and discuss themes across diversity parameters including but not limited to gender, ethnicity, religion, neurodiversity, race, sexual orientation, identity, disability, age and other topics relevant to the priorities that intersect with the workplace and society at large.
Moreover, we take an intersectional approach, and acknowledge the experiences of those who identify between and across these parameters. This perspective is necessary to create workplaces and societies that are truly inclusive for all.
