Join us for the Downtown Boise Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony, presented by Boise Cascade on Black Friday, Nov 29! Ceremonies kick off at 5pm at Glide on Grove in the Grove Plaza in Downtown Boise! As part of this great event, spectacular local group The Divas of Boise will hit the stage to ignite your holiday delight! Comprised of nine talented vocalists who have been performing together for over 30 years, the Divas of Boise inspire, uplift and are sure to get you and your family in the holiday spirit, singing and dancing to all of your holiday favorites.Adorned with more than 5,000 lights and a custom-made tree topper, the 45-foot tree is Boise Cascade’s gift to our downtown. Hosted by the Downtown Boise Association, the holiday tree is designated as the City’s ‘Giving Tree’ surrounded with over 4,000 gift tags supporting the families of Women’s and Children’s Alliance.
This free event is complete with candle lighting, musical performances, special guests, and the official lighting of our city's holiday tree! Stay after for our opening of Glide on Grove - Downtown Boise's Free Holiday Skate Rink!
