Service User Attitudes Towards Technology in Their Homes

Info: On behalf of the programme, Jump Research undertook a study to better understand how people felt regarding connected technologies being deployed in their homes. The research focussed on identifying the barriers that service providers might face and potential ways that these can be overcome.
