Please Note:
A max of 6 tickets per person applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled. Babies in arms (ages 0-2) are not admitted into the auditorium. All persons aged 14 and under must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by an adult over 18. For customers buying stalls tickets, please note that Stalls seating is not tiered and customers may stand during the performance. Standing will NOT be permitted in the Circle area, due to Health & Safety reasons. Patrons who therefore do not wish to stand during seated concerts need to book tickets in this area.
Event Information:
All events at Portsmouth Guildhall include a 2.25 per ticket restoration levy. This restoration levy will help us to invest in maintaining and enhancing facilities within our historic Grade II Listed building, ensuring that we continue to deliver the highest quality experience for event goers, artists and promoters. We appreciate your on going support for Portsmouth Guildhall. Your temperature will be checked on arrival. Should this be 37.8 degrees or higher, you will not be permitted entry. Masks will be mandatory to be worn for the duration of the time in the venue if Government guidelines state this is necessary at the time of the event. You must sit in your household bubble if required. If you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 (high temperature, loss of taste/smell or a new continuous cough), we ask that you refrain from attending. Name and contact details will be collected for Track and Trace on arrival if required.

Accessibility:
"Wheelchair Accessible" are for wheelchair users only (mobility scooters please contact the venue on the contact number below). If you require an accessible seat but not a wheelchair space (on an aisle for example), please contact the venue. The platform is positioned in the upper stalls on the ground floor and is accessible via a w/c lift.
The accessible ticket policy limits one free carer ticket to each accessible ticket purchased. Patrons who require more than one essential companion or additional positions within the booking please call the team as above. If you require additional seats that are not accessible, you can add these to your order from seats in other areas. Seats in the Special Access area are for wheelchair users only.
Please ensure you are supplying the correct documents and that they are in date. Tickets may be cancelled if misuse is suspected / found.
