Henry Wilkins has always been a trusting soul, but when he meets Pastor Oliver, a man who can talk his way out of anything, he thinks he’s found the answer to all his problems. Alongside Oliver’s slick stepbrother, the trio concocts a plan to scam their way to riches by preying on the good-hearted folks of their small town. But as the money starts rolling in, so do the complications. From suspicious church members to unexpected betrayals, Henry finds himself in way over his head. As the stakes get higher, and the devil himself seems to have a hand in their misdeeds, Henry must decide whether he can break free from the scheme—or if it’s too late for his soul.
