WELCOME TO THE WULFPYTT : a guided embodiment experience dedicated to the luteal phase
overview:
this is a descent. a reckoning. a calling to the parts of yourself that have been silenced, tucked away, or denied. together, we will explore anger, boundaries, shadows, and the luteal phase through an integrative, holistic lens — where astroherbalism meets archetypal and developmental psychology, somatic processing, ritual, group witnessing, and gender + sexuality studies. this is deep, transformative work — all bodies and experiences welcome. space is intentionally limited.
come as you are. come angry. come pissed. come tired, moody, unmasked, and honest.
WORKSHOP AGENDA
1. OPENING THE CIRCLE & CHECK-IN
- set the container: check in with your cycle, reflect on what drew you here, and set intentions.
- establish safety, trust, and the principles of a circle with no apex.
2. CYCLE AWARENESS & PSYCHOEDUCATION
- deep dive into the luteal phase and its premenstrual / autumnal descent.
- explore archetypes, astrology, elements, organ-emotional connections, and symptom decoding. [you are not the problem]
- handouts provided for ongoing reference and integration.
3. ANGER EXPLORATION
- trace the roots of your anger: earliest memories, relational patterns, and current expressions.
- group discussion and witnessing: learn from the circle while exploring your own inner landscape.
- journaling and optional art therapy to externalize and process your insights.
4. BOUNDARIES & INTEGRATION
- guided boundaries exercise using embodiment and interactive techniques.
- explore the connection between anger and self-possession, reclaiming power in relational dynamics.
- emotional release and nervous system integration — this section is often intense and transformative.
5. MYTH, RITUAL & LUTEAL PHASE EMBODIMENT
- explore the persephone myth as a framework for descent, shadow, and integration.
- ritual, guided embodiment practices, and ceremony to honor your luteal energy.
- integration of insights into your ongoing cycle awareness and personal practice.
6. CLOSING THE CIRCLE
- reflection, sharing, and grounding practices.
- practical tools and takeaways for continuing your embodiment and shadow work.
