The DEEP DIVE is an ecstatic dance journey designed to re-connect you with your divine essence.
Through conscious and intentional movement your are invited to gradually delve beyond the movement of the physical body and tune in to the inner whispering's of your soul. From this place, new expressions of movement become possible, and the ecstasy of dance can fill you up from the inside out.
The journey is supported by a live, specially crafted, DJ set that blends aspects of world, electronic and inspirational music. Live instruments and voice are often added to the mix to help deepen the process and evoke the spirit of your inner dancer. The Journey concludes with acoustic sound healing for integration and regeneration.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:
Stewart is a counsellor, lover of dance, nature lover and sound healer. He is a practicing social worker, holds a Bachelor of Music Degree, and is an accredited Soul Motion Conscious Dance Teacher.
Stewart's dive into conscious dance trainings in Open Floor and Soul Motion over the past 5 years, has sparked the birth of these monthly classes as an offering to those seeking a deeper integration of mind, body and spirit.
