This series is a hybrid workshop and class-style setting, meaning we will go over information in-depth. You will have the space and support for discussion and questions before we move into real-time practice(s) to get the feel for the knowledge you just consumed so you may integrate it into your personal practice or daily routine.

Molly Hogan is a (E-RYT) Yoga Teacher with nine years hands-on experience teaching in various settings around the world. She is officially trained and certified in Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Buti Yoga, HotCore, Y12SR, Functional Strength Coaching, and has the knowledge to guide you safely through many styles of mindfulness practices.
