About this Event
The Deep Dinner is a spirituality dinner salon to discuss spirit and faith from the heart. We are rooted in no tradition and have no agenda. People of any belief or no belief are welcome.
This Month: When Things Fall Apart
When the important things fail us, we are lost. Many spiritual traditions give voice to our fears and woes. How can our despair help us find ourselves when all is lost? Our guest speaker, Jack Holloway, created the The Despair Sanctuary to explore the power of lament in comminity. Please join us for an illuminating conversation over dinner.
Meals will be for 15 people. The diner is vegan. If you have other dietary concerns, please let us know.
Doors at 6:30pm, start 7:00pm (the venue is a 3-floor walk up, with no elevator)
Cancellation Policy: Due to the preparations for our dinners, we cannot honor cancellations made the day before or later.**
Your Hosts:
Mark Gilman: a Multifaith Jew with experience in several spiritual traditions and has led many events for interfaith discussion and spiritual exploration.
