In another highly anticipated collaboration between The Dawn, Timbre Group and Requiem Rising/KKG, we are proud to present “The Dawn Live in SG 2026,” happening on Sunday, 5 July 2026 at Timbre+ One-North.

Marking a special return of one of the Philippines’ most iconic rock bands to Singapore, this concert celebrates The Dawn’s enduring legacy and influence in the Filipino music scene—and serves as part of the international leg of their 40th year anniversary as a band. With a career spanning four decades, the band continues to captivate audiences with their timeless hits, signature sound, and electrifying live performances.
The evening will kick off with performances by two Singapore-based Pinoy indie bands, System32 and The Next Wave, setting the tone with fresh energy and showcasing the vibrant Filipino music scene in Singapore before the main act takes the stage.
This show is expected to draw a strong following from Singapore’s Filipino community, alongside music lovers eager to experience a true OPM legend live on stage. Audiences can look forward to an evening of nostalgia, energy, and powerful musical moments that have defined generations.
With Timbre+ One-North’s open-air, music-centric setting and Requiem Rising’s signature production standards, attendees can expect a premium live music experience that showcases Filipino rock at its finest.

ABOUT THE DAWN:
Formed in 1986 in Metro Manila, The Dawn is widely regarded as one of the pioneering bands of the Philippine rock movement. Known for their distinctive blend of new wave, alternative rock, and post-punk influences, the band played a pivotal role in shaping the sound of Original Pilipino Music (OPM) during the late 1980s and beyond.
The band rose to prominence with a string of timeless hits such as “Enveloped Ideas,” “Salamat,” “Iisang Bangka,” and “Tulak ng Bibig, Kabig ng Dibdib,” songs that remain staples in Filipino music culture today. Their music continues to resonate across generations, solidifying their status as a cornerstone of the OPM rock legacy.
Despite evolving through different musical eras, The Dawn has remained relevant and respected, consistently delivering high-quality recordings and powerful live performances both in the Philippines and internationally.
