The Daughters

Mother's Day is not an easy day for daughters who have lost their mothers/mother figures (mom, grandmother, aunt, godmother, older cousin, adopted mother or figure, etc.). And, sometimes the best way to mourn is to celebrate! Sis., do not spend your mother's day weekend in full grief. There's loving support for you, and you are in the right place to receive what you need! :)

Using kinestetics/body movement as our means of healing and cultivating self-care as the medicine for holistic mourning; our day together will begin with meditation and rememberance based conversation that is sure to elevate the memory of your dearly beloved and your connective womb space. Soon after a small intermission, let's get the energy that we released ALL the way out of our system, w/ an unforgettable HIGH frequency, HIGH energy, HIGH impact...yet, beginner friendly Zumba class. All this before we conclude our sister circle with light refreshments.

***Sometimes, we just don't have healthy relationships with our mothers. For those of us for whom this is true, Mother's Day is still a day of mourning and discomfort. You're invited to our Sister Circle, too!!!
