Sunday October 20th 12:00pm - 3:00pm As the fall season is upon us, this is the perfect time to clarify what you would like to release and attract into your life and set the conditions for it’s desired course with a deeply intentional practice. Get ready to sweat, breathe, move and release more powerfully than you ever have before with Vinyasa flow and the deeply restoring ‘yogic dream’ known as Yoga Nidra.
We will begin the workshop with 1.5 hr with a Vinyasa flow. During which, we we will explore standing postures, backbends and inversions, always modified to suit your present moment. Then we will spend approximately 30mins in reflection, creating and seeding our personal Sankulpa (Intention). Your Sankulpa is a solemn vow, a determination or purpose that can be sourced on or off the mat.
Finally we will end the class with an hour of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, the yogic dream or "extended Shavasana", will help us integrate our spiritual being with our physical being. Part relaxation, part meditation, part hypnosis, this practice is a guided Savasana that works with your intention to bring it more into fruition with peace, healing and clarity for your life.
Challenging and restoring, this practice is aimed at practitioners with a minimum of two years of experience in yoga. Prepare to be physically challenged, to open yourself emotionally and to leave with a clarity of direction that extends to all areas of your life.
