Do you want to experience more depth in connection — on the dance floor and in life?Do you desire to cultivate a greater sense of safety to be just as you are in the moment?
Do you crave to feel more fully expressed, and feel truly seen and understood?
In essence: do you want to free your authentic self?
Mmm yes. So do we.
Come get a taste of what’s possible as we dive deep into embodied relating with the lovechild of Authentic Relating (AR) and Contact Beyond Contact Dance (CBC).
Over the course of the workshop, we’ll drop from our minds into our bodies as we follow the aliveness of the present moment together into the mystical unknown.
We’ll do this through a progressive flow of group and partner exercises, moving from more verbal embodied practices into more non-verbal somatic practices, until we are communicating completely without words and in the full expression of dance.
These exercises are consciously designed to equip you with more agency in your relationships and your dances. As we empower ourselves and each other in this way, we create a greater felt sense of safety and consequently—aliveness.
What does this liberation feel like?! Let’s find out.
MORE ON AR & CBC:
Authentic Relating is a practice of revealing and inviting our true experience, in a way that steers people toward a sense of wholeness. This is a space where all sensations, emotions, and thoughts are integrated into unified expression of consciousness.
CBC is a dance and healing practice that integrates body, mind, heart, and spirit for personal and relationship growth.
