Step into the world of The Dalmore, a distillery with over 180 years of heritage and a legacy of producing some of the most exquisite single malts in the Highlands. Renowned for its pioneering maturation techniques using casks from some of the world's best wineries and bodegas.
This masterclass invites you on a guided tasting of whiskies from the celebrated Principal Collection, along with the newly released Vintage Collection, showcasing the house style of rich, complex flavours shaped by their exceptional cask curation. Led by Canadian Brand Ambassador, Emma Coady, this immersive evening blends history, storytelling, and craftsmanship with an indulgent tasting journey.

The Dalmore 12
12 year old | 40%
An outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks.
The spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, giving it a base of soft vanilla and honey notes. A proportion of the spirit is then transferred into the finest Sherry casks, some of which have previously held rare and aged Oloroso Sherry. These carefully curated casks enhance the whisky's rich character.
The Dalmore 15
15 year old | 40%
The epitome of our house style, this Single Malt is finished in different styles of aged Sherry casks including Apostoles, Amoroso, and Matusalem Oloroso.
Each hand selected sherry cask gifts the Dalmore 15 with its own individual characteristics and flavours, to compliment the base notes of soft vanilla and honey from the American white oak ex-bourbon barrels.

The Vintages Collection - annual releases of hand-selected casks, each capturing the character of a particular year at The Dalmore.
Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and enhanced by hand-selected Matusalem Sherry casks, and Graham’s 10 year old Tawny Port pipes. Non-chill filtered and natural colour.

This whisky is a celebration our long-standing relationship with Graham's Port Lodge in Portugal, one of the world's great wineries.

An exceptional release, with a rich character that epitomises our house style. Nurtured by hand in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks and 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks, some of the rarest casks in the world, exclusively available to the whisky makers of The Dalmore.
