It's time to hit the streets for a scenic city walk/run through Ajax Suburbs - weekdays at 6 pm; Saturdays at 9 am. Miller's Creek Ajax (Route D) is a Level 2 Walk/Run: 25 min running; 20 min walking/recovery; 10 min warmup and cooldown. Meet us at your neighbourhood coffee shop.
