It's time to hit the streets for a scenic city walk/run through Ajax Suburbs - weekdays at 6:15 am and 6 pm (except Thursday evenings); Saturdays at 9 am. Miller's Creek Ajax (Route D) is a Level 1 Walk/Run: 20 min running; 25 min walking/recovery; 10 min warmup and cooldown. Meet us at your neighbourhood coffee shop.
