It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and we’re celebrating with a festive playdate for families and little ones! Bring the kids, the energy, and the laughter for a joyful morning packed with Christmas cheer.

Enjoy cheerful Christmas music, tasty mince pies, and plenty of time to play, connect, and make magical memories, + Sussex Wow Club, this is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season with friends old and new.

We’ll also have breakout spaces staffed by wellness, mental health and physical health professionals for confidential chats.

Fed up with not really having a social life or mates to talk to properly? You are not alone.

The older you get, the smaller your social circle becomes.

Babysitters cost a fortune. Hangovers hit harder. Old mates fade to Facebook likes. Too often, your social life ends up dictated by whoever your partner meets on the school run.

Fatherhood can be brutal as well as brilliant. And when dads ask for help, they often get brushed off or told to “suck it up.”

That is why Dad La Soul exists.

We reimagine men’s mental health with a Trojan Horse approach.

On the surface, it looks like a kick-ass social night.

Inside, it is a ready-made network of peers and experts where men can talk about the stuff they usually ignore.

Generally, on a lads’ night, you talk nonsense and pretend everything is fine.

With us, you laugh and then speak honestly about life, fatherhood and mental health.

We listen without prejudice; that, my friends, is something quite special.

Who is it for?

Dads and male-identifying carers, 16+, from all backgrounds and situations.

It doesn’t matter what your postcode is, your marital status, or the size of your bank balance.

1 in 3 dads feel lonely most of the time
1 in 5 UK men have no close friends
Suicide is still the #1 killer of men under 50

Dad La Soul exists to change that.
