Sohna Safar means "Beautiful Journey" in the Punjabi language, which is our winemaker Varinder Sahi's mother tongue. This is the second dinner in our series in which guests experience the stories that surround the bottles. In this once-in-a-lifetime night, we will explore the wines of exceptional producers from the famed Châteauneuf-du-Pape region (CdP for short) alongside a 4-year vertical of Copia Vineyards' The Cure red Rhône blend! The CdP Appellation in France is a huge inspiration to Varinder and Anita. They visit it nearly every year to two years and cannot wait to bring stories of their travels and their inspiration to craft Copia's Cure wine. Chef Nick Nolan of Trumpet Vine Catering has created an amazing menu to complement this blowout line-up of wines.

Sohna Safar means "Beautiful Journey" in the Punjabi language, which is our winemaker Varinder Sahi's mother tongue. Food and wine has always been a bridge to amazing moments in the Sahis' lives and they look forward to sharing very pivotal moments in time with you. This dinner series presents amazingly personal and private experiences that take you on a beautiful journey through time, starting with the early inspirations, experiences "from the trenches" of harvest and the cellar, as well as recounting people Anita and Varinder meet along the way.
