Join us for an afternoon of movement, breath, nourishment, and connection.
This intimate community gathering is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and build meaningful connections with others in a welcoming and inclusive space.

- 50-minute Classical Mat Pilates class
A grounding, full-body movement session suitable for all levels - Guided breathwork
- Social time & community connection
- Light treats & refreshments
Enjoy a muffin, bites, tea, and other refreshments
What to Bring:
- Your own yoga or Pilates mat
