Join Andy Huse as he traces the epic journey of the mixto, Cubano, and medianoche sandwiches from hazy origins, through the cafes of Havana, and on to exiles in new lands. Huse explores how the crusty creation became a beloved symbol for a displaced people, won the hearts and mouths of America, and claimed a place on the worldβs stage.
