The Ladies of the Oracle (LOTO) is a satirical, fraternal women’s organization devoted to mystical kitsch and “mirth and clean fun.” Members participate in rituals and events that parody secret-society traditions with elaborate regalia, titles, and ceremonies. LOTO fosters camaraderie through shared nonsense and charitable activities.
