As I guide you through stretches, educate on self-care, and lead in prayer, we'll work together to release past traumas to God and find healing. By addressing mental blocks, you can move forward in all aspects of life. This 1-hour, 15-minute event offers a warm ambiance, healing scents, worship music, and nature sounds for a truly rejuvenating experience.
